From Westchester: 

Tappan Zee Bridge – Exit 12 West Nyack.  Left off the exit then make right at light onto Snake Hill Road.  Go to the end (will see reservoir at the end) and make a left on Old Mill Road.  Go straight until you reach four way stop.  Go straight through the intersection (road name changes to Germonds Road).

From Northern Rockland/Orange/Albany:

New York State Thruway South to Exit 12 – West Nyack.  Come to traffic light (will see Palisades Mall straight ahead) at light, make a left.  Proceed to another traffic light and make a left on to Route 303.  Go about 400 feet to next traffic light and make a left.  Go straight through the first light and then make a right at second light onto Snake Hill Road.  Go to the end (will see reservoir at the end) and make a left on Old Mill Road.  Go straight until you reach four way stop.  Go straight through the intersection (road name changes to Germonds Road).

From New Jersey:

Directions to Zukor Park

Follow directions from above to Germonds Road.  Pass Clarkstown South and Germonds Park on the left.  Go about 1 mile to the end.  At the stop sign, make a left.  Proceed to traffic light.  (will see Albertus Magnus HS on left).  At the light, turn right onto NY - Route 304 North.  Continue to follow Route 304 North for approximately 3 miles.  (Soon after you pass Mc Donald's on the left).  Make the next left onto Squadron Boulevard.  (Will pass large office building then New City Library on the right).  At the traffic light, turn right onto North Main Street.  Proceed for approximately 1 mile.  After stop sign, you will see Zukor Park / Street School on the left.  Field is in far back to the right
